The Seattle Symphony has been Seattle’s soundtrack since 1903, seeing our community through many of our world’s most significant moments. It is part of who we are and what we believe music can provide for our community. All purchases at Symphonica contribute to supporting the future of the Seattle Symphony. To help protect our employees, we will have limited time in the office and Benaroya Hall remains closed to the public. Orders will be processed in the order they are received; an email will be sent to you as the order is processed. We are grateful for your support during in this difficult time.

Symphonica Purchase Policies

Shipping

Orders from Symphonica should arrive within 8-10 business days. Order details will be emailed to you with details regarding fulfillment, shipping and tracking of your order.

Returns

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Credits will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.
  • We ask that merchandise is returned within two weeks of receiving.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team at symphonica@seattlesymphony.org so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
