Music returns to Benaroya Hall for the 2020–2021 season with the Seattle Symphony's brand-new subscription-based streaming service, Seattle Symphony Live. This online platform premieres weekly livestreamed concerts with shortened programs and a smaller, socially distanced, PPE-protected orchestra.
While health officials continue to manage the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community, the Seattle Symphony has made the difficult decision to cancel or reschedule all special presentations listed below. Our top priority remains the health and safety of our patrons, staff and musicians. See below for ticket donation and exchange information.

If you have tickets to a canceled or rescheduled event, you have the following options:
- Donate your tickets. As a nonprofit arts organization, the Seattle Symphony relies on the people we serve. This has never been truer than at this moment. You may donate your tickets by completing our online ticket donation form — no phone call or email required.
- Transfer your tickets to a gift certificate. We are happy to put the value of your ticket purchase towards a Seattle Symphony gift certificate for future use. Gift certificate values do not expire and can be used online. Email the Ticket Office at email@example.com and specify that you would like to convert your tickets into a gift certificate.
- Put the value of your tickets “on account.” Email the Ticket Office at firstname.lastname@example.org and specify that you would like to put your funds on account for future use.
