Colby Cumine started his musical journey in the seventh grade, picking up the bass guitar to fill in for a middle school band. Colby discovered his true passion for music in the 11th grade, then deciding to find a path that merged helping others with music. He studied music therapy at Seattle Pacific University, volunteering with the Seattle Symphony’s Sensory Friendly Concerts consistently. After graduating in 2017, he interned and now works full time for Snohomish County Music Project, a non-profit serving Snohomish County. He works primarily with children with backgrounds of trauma as well as individuals of all abilities. Colby could not be more excited to be hosting these concerts!
