- Founders Room, Ceremony Only: up to 100 guests
- Founders Room, Reception Only: up to 100 guests (with dance floor)
- Founders Room Ceremony & Reception: up to 50 guests
- Taper Stage, Ceremony: up to 300 guests (with stage extension)
- Grand Lobby Main Floor Only, Dinner/Reception: up to 300 guests (with dance floor)
- Grand Lobby + Promenade, Dinner/Reception: up to 500 guests (with dance floor)
Catering: Catering is provided exclusively through Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering. No outside food or beverage is allowed. To discuss food and beverage options, please contact the Catering Sales Manager at 206.336.6605 or email email@example.com. Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes Catering helps coordinate event décor, linens, napkins, china, glassware, etc.
Parking is available in the Benaroya Hall parking garage. Parking can be hosted or non-hosted.
A certificate of insurance for commercial general liability is required. Your event service representative can provide recommendations on securing insurance to cover your special event.
Best availability for weekend weddings is in July/August and major holiday weekends.
